Customer data from WordPress directly in your inbox
Tvixel’s WordPress integration retrieves relevant information from your website and displays it directly on the customer’s ticket. If you use WooCommerce, team members can also view the customer’s orders without leaving the inbox.

WordPress integration
See the customer straight away
When a team member opens a ticket, the integration automatically checks whether the customer has a user account on your WordPress site. If the customer is found, the relevant information is retrieved and displayed directly on the ticket in Tvixel.
The team member can therefore see the customer’s message and information from WordPress in the same place. This provides useful context for understanding and responding to the enquiry.
WooCommerce orders included
If your website uses WooCommerce, Tvixel can also display the customer’s orders directly on the ticket. Team members do not need to open the online shop and search for the customer while handling an enquiry.
This is particularly useful when a customer contacts you about a purchase or an order. The customer’s message and order information are shown together, giving the team member the necessary context while writing a reply.

Find WordPress users automatically
If the customer has a user account on your WordPress site, the integration automatically retrieves the relevant information and displays it on the ticket.
View the customer’s WooCommerce orders
If you use WooCommerce, team members can view the customer’s orders directly in Tvixel and use them as context when handling the enquiry.
Less switching between systems
Customer conversations, WordPress information and order data are shown together in Tvixel, so team members do not need to switch between the inbox and WordPress.
Do we need to use WooCommerce?
No. The integration can display information about WordPress users without WooCommerce. If you use WooCommerce, the customer’s orders can also be displayed in Tvixel.
Do team members need to log in to WordPress?
No. Team members can view the retrieved information directly in Tvixel and do not need to open WordPress when handling the ticket.
How is WordPress connected to Tvixel?
The integration is installed as a plugin on your WordPress site and then connected to Tvixel.
You can find the plugin under Integrations, and the settings for WordPress under Systems.
Is WordPress data stored in Tvixel?
No. The information is retrieved from WordPress when the ticket is opened and is not stored as part of the ticket in Tvixel. The integration therefore does not create an additional permanent copy of the customer data.
Retrieving and displaying the information still constitutes the processing of personal data. Your organisation’s usual GDPR obligations therefore continue to apply.
